treat yourself to this delicious mediterranean orzo salad. served chilled, it tastes so good, you’ll want to dip into it with some i won! chips.

orzo salad with feta


  • orzo pasta
  • asparagus
  • charred sweet peppers
  • herbed feta cheese
  • fresh baby spinach
  • sea salt, cracked black pepper to taste
  • i won! organics chips – sriracha flavor


  • cook, drain and chill your orzo pasta.
  • grill the asparagus with your sweet red, yellow or orange peppers.
  • wash, drain and dry your fresh baby spinach.
  • add all ingredients to the chilled orzo pasta.
  • crumble feta cheese on top and season to taste.
  • serve chilled with sriracha i won! organics chips.

here’s one healthy salad recipe from the i won! kitchen – a black bean and sweet corn salad with extra crunch.

organic ingredients

  • shredded iceberg lettuce
  • black beans
  • sweet corn niblets
  • orange bell peppers
  • avocado
  • cherry tomatoes
  • grated cheese
  • i won! protein chips


  • chopped cilantro
  • fresh lime juice
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • minced garlic
  • minced onions
  • salt & pepper
  • optional: pinch of stevia for a sweeter dressing


  • shred the lettuce and fill a bowl about a third of the way up.
  • chop, slice and dice your veggies just the way you like them and arrange on top of the lettuce.
  • mix up the dressing and pour over your salad (about 1 tbsp per serving).
  • sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  • finally, top with i won! organic protein chips in place of croutons.
  • sit back and enjoy!

known for their high vitamin c content and for being a powerful anti-oxidant, cranberries add more to a festive party than just color, though. as an effective anti-inflammatory that’s good for your heart, cranberries are perfect for snacking on after exercise or before a big turkey dinner! this salsa dip is super easy to make, just throw all these ingredients in a blender and set to chop for just the way you like it.


  • 12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup minced celery
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • the juice of 1 orange
  • pinch of chopped mint
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar or 2/3 cup maple syrup or stevia to taste

depending on how strict your diet is, your sugar options will vary. start by adding a little of your sweetener and adjusting to taste.

here’s a dip you’ll be thankful for this thanksgiving. it’s a healthy way to join in and enjoy some of your party favorites without ruining your diet. it’s sweet and spicy with a zesty bite to it that pairs well with just about any one of our five protein chip flavors. it’s the perfect snack for sneaking in some healthy, high protein macros while enjoying the flavors of the season. let’s dig in!

sweet and spicy thanksgiving dip


  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 medium sweet potato, baked and pureed
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • salt


  1. using only organic ingredients, mash the pumpkin and sweet potato together in a bowl or blender.
  2. add olive oil, lemon juice, spices and blend.
  3. lastly, add the finely chopped sweet red pepper and mix with a spoon or use it as a garnish.
  4. choose your favorite flavor of i won! protein chips and simply dip and enjoy!

rich, creamy and sinfully delicious, you’ll think you’re eating pumpkin pie when you dip into this i won! kitchen creation. an ideal dip for trick or treaters on halloween or a guilt-free self-indulgence when you’re craving pumpkin spice, you’re gonna love how super quick and easy this recipe is to make.

as you may have guessed the bright orange color of pumpkin tells you it’s high in beta-carotene which is good for the eyes, heart and immune system. it’s also incredibly rich in fiber to help keep your cholesterol levels healthy and vitamin k for strong bones. but the surprising part is it has more potassium than bananas, so it makes the perfect post-workout snack.

  • 1 can organic pumpkin puree

  • 2-3 tbsp organic coconut flour to thicken

  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 2 cups kale
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 oz sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • stevia to sweeten


use a blender to finely chop all your raw veggies. then add to the greek yogurt and blend. season and sweeten to taste. enjoy with your favourite i won! protein chips.

the i won! kitchen is bringing you another reason to dip some chips! so get your salsa on and tuck into one of these fresh and tasty recipes.

traditionally, salsa is slow cooked to get that infusion of flavors and spices, but who has time for that? this recipe is fresh, quick and ideal for sharing.

fresh salsa sizzle

ingredients (all organic)

2 cups diced tomatoes
3 chopped spring onions
¼ cup chopped red onion
1 chopped sweet red pepper
1 chopped yellow pepper
1 garlic cloves minced
1-2 tbsp organic chili powder (to taste)
1 tsp organic hot pepper sauce (to taste)
1 juiced lime
1/4 bunch chopped fresh coriander
1 tsp chopped jalapeno pepper (for garnish)

simply add all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix together. you can make this in almost any size, as it keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days. in fact, this salsa improves with age as the juices run off the tomatoes and soak up the spices and flavors.

summer sweet salsa

ever thought of having salsa for breakfast or even dessert? you can choose your own combo of favorite fruits and get chopping! this next dip pairs up nicely with our cinnamon french toast flavor chips.

ingredients (all organic)

2 small diced peaches
1 cup diced strawberries
½ mango, peeled and diced
1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
1 tbsp chopped cilantro

just a few ideas to help you get your salsa on. when you have the protein chip with tortilla crunch, you just have to dip!

if you like to dip, we’ve got the chip!


when you have a protein chip that thinks it’s a tortilla chip, the only thing to do is make guacamole and go for a dip! will it stand up to the heat? or rather, does it have what it takes to dip and maintain its crunch? we put it to the test in the i won! kitchen and came up with this recipe. it’s devilishly hot!

hot and spicy guacamole


level 1: spice infusion

  • 1 lime, grilled and squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce, as desired
  • fresh ground black pepper

mix the spicy base and let sit for about 15 minutes to marinade. It will intensify the flavour and the heat.

level 2: turn up the heat

  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (if you like it extra spicy)
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped, as much as desired

mix the ingredients to the spicy base and let sit for another 10 minutes.

level 3: the avocado advantage

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1-2 roma tomatoes, diced

mash three of the halved avocados, and mix with the diced tomatoes. add the spicy mixture and blend well. chop the remaining half avocado and add to the finished guacamole. serves four.
