our healthy non-gmo chips are the perfect shape for dipping. so we teamed them up with three yummy dips that are clean, green and full of protein – perfect for pre or post-workout snacking.

so here we go – 3 dips, 5 fab flavored chips.
first up, everybody’s favorite party dip – guacamole – the perfect match for our sriracha, seal salt and BBQ flavor chips.
we’ve added a twist to this recipe, because we’re different that way. we wanted to keep it green all the way in celebration of March, Spring and St Paddy’s Day.
chunky fresh guacamole
- 2 ripe organic avocados
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1tbsp pure organic olive oil
- 2 tbsp minced green pepper
- 1 stick celery minced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- season with a dash of salt (or salt substitute) and fresh, ground black pepper
mash the avocados, salt and lime juice together until desired consistency. add the green pepper, celery and cilantro. Mix and serve. we left the heat out of this recipe, because our sriracha chips are spicy enough. but if you want to add some extra spice to this recipe, try 1-2 serrano chiles, finely chopped. serves 4.
fresh spring dip
for an extra tang, we chose a creamy dip for this next one. something to complement our BBQ flavor chips, or if you prefer, add a punch to our ranch.
- 1 small tub of natural, low fat greek yogurt
- 1 finely chopped green onion
- 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- juice of ½ lemon
- season with a dash of salt (or salt substitute) and freshly ground black pepper
mix all ingredients together and enjoy. makes 4 small servings.
green melon salsa
finally, something to satisfy your sweet tooth and a little fruit to charge up your engine. we teamed up this fruit salsa with the crunch of our cinnamon french toast flavor chips for an extra protein punch. perfect for mid-morning snacking.
- diced green melon
- diced green apple
- diced kiwi
- zest of one orange
- squeeze of fresh lemon
- 2 sprigs of mint, finely chopped (optional)
this recipe is best eaten fresh, so make just enough for one serving according to your macros. mix all ingredients together and scoop up a mouthful of healthy!
